01 February 2019 g. It came into force Law of the Republic of Belarus "On normative legal acts »№ 130-Z on 17.07.2018.

AT the new edition of the Law "On normative legal acts" specified types of regulatory regulations, received standard-setting bodies, the sequence of their arrangement, well as the procedure for their preparation, expertise, acceptance (edition), published (the promulgation), entry into force, interpretation and systematization.

Also, the Law established the procedure for the participation of citizens and legal entities in the rulemaking process (public discussion of draft regulations). On the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On normative legal acts" can be found here.
