WITH 18 February 2019 g. come into force amendments, included in Law of the Republic of Belarus “On transport and forwarding activities” No. 124-Z from 13.06.2006.

AT particular,

– adjusted conceptual apparatus: terms such as "shipper", "consignee", "Carrier" and their definitions;

– provisions excluded, duplicating norms of the Civil Code of the Republic Belarus;

– from the list of legislative acts, regulating freight forwarding activity, Rules for transport and forwarding activities are excluded;

– the rights and obligations of the client and the forwarder have been changed;

– the procedure for submitting claims and claims to the forwarder has been changed;
