WITH 23 Martha 2019 g. entered into force a new Regulations on the procedure and amount of reimbursement of expenses, Guarantees and compensation for business trips, you can read the text here.

According to the Regulation:

– established new reimbursement rates for business trips within the Republic of Belarus (per diem – 9,0 rub.; expenses for renting accommodation: in regional centers and. Minsk – 50,0 rub., in district centers – 25,0 rub., in the rest of the settlements – 20,0 rub.);

– new reimbursement rates have been adopted for business trips abroad;

– fixed the list of officials, which reimbursement of expenses for renting a dwelling abroad is carried out in an increased size;

– the procedure for reimbursement of expenses is determined (eg, reimbursement of expenses for renting a dwelling is carried out without providing supporting documents, etc.);

– the procedure and amount of payments per day for drivers, carrying out international road transport;
