WITH 01 February 2019 g. will enter into force following significant changes in the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, made Law of the Republic of Belarus 17.07.2018 № 135-Z "On amendments and additions to some laws of the Republic of Belarus" (Further – Law number 135-C), in particular:

– regulations amending Article 186 of the Civil Code, on including the abolition of the need to use a stamp on the power of attorney of legal entities (claim 19 Article 1 of the law number 135-C);

– the change in Article 161 and 404 GK (the concept of a written form of the transaction and the procedure for concluding the contract in writing) (claims.16, 31 Article 1 of the law number 135-C);

– regulatory requirements of warehouse receipts (p.41 Article 1 of the law number 135-C).

changes, relating to the recognition of a citizen as incapable, incapacitation citizens, etc.. (claims. 3, 5 and 18 Article 1 of the law number 135-C), come into force 1 August 2020 g.
