23 December 2018 g. come into force amendments to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", are made by the Law № 111-W from 13 June 2018 g.

innovations linked, first of all, with the expansion of the circle of consumers' rights, which means the appearance of additional responsibilities from sellers (producers).

Law fixed the consumer the right to pursue payment in cash and cashless form. In this case, a ban on the establishment of the subject of different prices (tariffs) depending on the form of payment.

The Act also banned reclamation consumer passport or other document,identity, when you return to it cash.
