WITH 16 February 2019 g. come into force the new edition of the Regulation on the preparation and issuance of permits for construction of facilities,approved by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of 31.10.2018№ 785.

An important innovation is the, that economic agents will receive a full set of permits, once turned to the local executive and administrative body. The Executive Committee will collect the necessary documents from all relevant government,operating organizations, etc..

The Resolution also provides, that the executive committees can decide on changes in the approval documents, if it does not lead to a breach of the requirements of normative legal acts. Also, a new edition of the Regulation extends the list of persons, which issued approvals. Previously, she was granted only to the customer and the developer.
